DESCRIPTION:Comunicato stampa n. 11 \n24 giugno 2020 \n\nNASCE A VICENZA IL CENTRO DI RIFERIMENTO PER I PROGETTI DI MASS CUSTOMIZATION 4.0 \nApindustria Confimi Vicenza\, Centro Produttività Veneto e l’Università di Padova\nhanno sottoscritto oggi una convenzione per la creazione della struttura\, nell’ambito di un progetto\ndel valore complessivo di circa 1 milione di euro finanziato dall’Unione Europea.\nLa struttura assisterà fin da subito oltre 100 PMI dello Smart Living \nCombinare la massima possibilità di personalizzazione del prodotto con i costi ridotti tipici delle produzioni di massa: è questo il tema della “mass customization”. Fino a pochi anni fa sembrava un’utopia\, ma oggi con l’avvento delle tecnologie dell’Industria 4.0 questa è una prospettiva non solo molto concreta\, ma anche sempre più indispensabile per mantenere e accrescere la competitività delle imprese. Proprio su questo tema strategico nascerà a Vicenza un centro di riferimento\, frutto di una convenzione sottoscritta oggi da Apindustria Confimi Vicenza\, Centro Produttività Veneto e Università degli Studi di Padova.\nL’accordo rientra nell’ambito di un progetto finanziato dal fondo europeo di sviluppo regionale e Interreg V-A Italia Austria 2014-2020 del valore di circa 1 milione di euro\, che vede coinvolti in qualità di partner anche le Università di Bolzano e Klagenfurt e due aziende private\, una di Gorizia e una della Carinzia.\nIl progetto\nPiù in dettaglio\, il progetto è rivolto alle PMI di Vicenza\, Bolzano\, Pordenone e Klagenfurt che operano nel settore dello SMART LIVING\, producendo i più vari sistemi e componenti utilizzati negli edifici\, dagli impianti agli arredi.\nLa scelta di questo settore per lo sviluppo di un progetto volto a promuovere la mass customization nasce dalle caratteristiche specifiche dello SMART LIVING\, dove si registra un ricorso estensivo alla personalizzazione di prodotti e servizi\, con conseguenti alti costi per le aziende per la scarsa standardizzazione e l’elevata parcellizzazione delle commesse.\nIn particolare\, il progetto si focalizzerà sull’attività di supporto alla valutazione e all’uso di configuratori di prodotto da parte delle PMI del settore\, per consentire ai destinatari dei loro prodotti di interagire direttamente con le PMI attraverso procedure informatiche così da definire fin da subito le caratteristiche del prodotto desiderato e consentire una più snella programmabilità in azienda.\nIl DEA Center di Vicenza\nLo strumento individuato per raggiungere questi obiettivi è appunto la creazione di centri di competenza (MC 4.0 Development and Application Centers-MC4.0 DEA CENTER) per aiutare le aziende a intraprendere questo percorso. Il DEA Center di Vicenza sarà attivato presso la sede di Apindustria Confimi Vicenza ove opereranno una serie di specialisti in grado di assistere le PMI del territorio   attraverso consulenze individuali e attività di gruppo.\nParallelamente al DEA Center di Vicenza\, una struttura analoga sarà avviata a Klagenfurt e\, in una seconda fase il progetto\, saranno avviati altri tre nuovi DEA CENTER rispettivamente a Bolzano in Carinzia ed  in Friuli Venezia Giulia.\nGià nella fase iniziale della sua attività\, il DEA CENTER di Vicenza – che sarà attivo dal mese di Giugno 2020… – affiancherà oltre 100 PMI  attive nella produzione di sistemi e prodotti per la filiera dell’edilizia\, erogando servizi di formazione e supporto per lo sviluppo di tecnologie MC 4.0. Un’attività\, questa\, che proseguirà anche dopo la conclusione formale del progetto\, come centro di competenza in grado di aggregare ulteriori imprese interessate al tema.\nL’innovazione come motore dello sviluppo\n«La capacità di innovazione è essenziale per restare competitivi -sottolinea Flavio Lorenzin\, presidente di Apindustria Confimi Vicenza -\, ma certe innovazioni richiedono competenze e capitali difficilmente alla portata delle singole aziende: questo progetto dunque ci consentirà di aprire nuovi orizzonti per quelle piccole e medie imprese che sono sensibili all’innovazione\, ma che per svilupparla necessitano di lavorare in rete con altre aziende e con strutture già in possesso delle necessarie competenze».\nE se il concetto di “mass customization” potrebbe sembrare un po’ astratto\, in realtà è molto concreto\, come ricorda Antonio Girardi\, Direttore del Centro Produttività Veneto: «Tutti abbiamo sperimentato l’uso dei configuratori per scegliere le opzioni di una nuova vettura ed avere un primo preventivo di costo. Ebbene per una PMI che produce componenti quali pompe\, motori elettrici\, elettrovalvole\, centraline di controllo\, il progetto MC 4.0 intende fornire conoscenze\, strumenti ed assistenza per arrivare ad utilizzare configuratori meno sofisticati di quelli del settore auto\, ma altrettanto efficaci.
